I help people identify and reprogram their beliefs. I use an approach that is rooted in brain science and cognitive behavior therapy to help clients understand the nature of their beliefs and what they can do to change them.

My approach sees our beliefs as foundational to the life we create. Our daily thoughts are generated by our underlying beliefs. It is our thoughts, not some outside circumstance, that creates the feelings we experience. Our feelings then produces our actions. From those actions, we get our results.

In other words, belief is everything. Our beliefs create our reality.

I was my first client. A number of limiting beliefs have dragged on me, but one potent belief was that it wasn’t safe to speak to people, especially people in authority. You can imagine that this was a career-limiting problem. The belief led to debilitating shyness.

I recovered from this belief by developing a technique, based on insights I had gleaned from Dr. Joe Dispenza and my knowledge of psychology. As I was working to develop my skill in reaching out to people who intimidated me, I ended up securing a six-figure job. All because I challenged my beliefs, which enabled me to reach out to a former boss.
